It is with much regret that the Johnstone Festival Committee announce that the 2011 festival is postponed mainly due to an uncertainty in funding and a loss of some key members of the committee. 

It is hoped that this will only be a temporary blip for this great local event and that in 2012 it will be back bigger and better than ever. For this event to continue it is essential that the (very small) committee has some new members join.   No special skills are required, only a commitment to attend a short meeting once per month and an interest in the local community.
